We can determine this at the time of contract.  It will vary based on client’s need.  Some clients prefer half down and half once completed and this is also the most common.

There are many factors that affect the time it takes.  Each home is different in size and the amount of work that is involved.  Weather is also a factor as we will not perform any work if there is a high chance of rain as this could cause damage to your home.  The time will be determined with each client at the time of the estimate.  We have always done high quality work in a very adequate time frame.

In most circumstances we encourage to tear off existing roof and install new.  One of the most important reasons for this is we like to get it down to the plywood to assess the amount of damage such as mold issues, damaged wood or any other problems that may exist.

This also plays a major role in the life expectancy of the new shingles and adds more aesthetic appeal.

We recommend using a 30-40 year shingle which is now considered a lifetime shingle.  They have recently changed the 30-40 year name to lifetime because the companies now work with the clients to give them some form of warranty throughout the life expectancy of the shingle.

There are many different brands of lifetime shingles that can be discussed upon our meeting.

To date, we have had no issues with our work.  However, if something should arise we have this warranty in place for your peace of mind.  We will get out to you free of charge and fix any problems that we are responsible for.
